Original piece created by Jillian Mapes which is inspired by the art of Arielle Austin

Art is an integral part of the Cambridge Academy curriculum from the Cubby program through graduation.  For Early Childhood Learning and Lower School students, the Art curriculum seeks to teach children the joy of expressing themselves through different mediums, encouraging collaboration with their peers, and providing an opportunity to develop fine and gross motor skills.  Your child's artwork will be proudly displayed throughout the school and will be featured during our assemblies and Fine Arts Night.

During Middle and Upper School, students are introduced to different artistic genres and mediums.  The curriculum is designed to affirm to students with limited experience or talent the joy exposure to the arts can create and, at the same time, develop the skills of those students who possess the talent and desire to hone their artistic abilities.

Each Spring, the Fine Arts Department hosts a Fine Arts Night where the Cambridge Family can appreciate the hard work of all of our students.
